Botané is expanding quickly, and with the growing interest in our flagship store, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team.

Botané operates at the intersection of interior design and modern aesthetics. We create botanical compositions designed to last — offering a considered alternative to traditional, perishable flowers.

At Botané, botanical design is approached as an interior discipline. Each piece is developed with the same intention as furniture or objects, focusing on proportion, texture, and spatial balance. Our compositions are not decorative add-ons, but integrated elements that shape the atmosphere of a space — calm, cohesive, and enduring.

Position Overview

As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in the daily operations of our flagship Botané store in Copenhagen. You’ll help ensure the store reflects Botané’s aesthetic standards and values, creating a warm and inspiring environment for every guest.

Working closely with the store lead, you’ll contribute to delivering a best-in-class experience for all visitors — from loyal local customers to international guests discovering the world of Botané for the first time.

Sales & Product Guidance
  • Assist customers in selecting artificial flowers, arrangements, and decor pieces that best match their needs, offering styling tips when needed.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge (materials, color palettes, arrangement techniques, new arrivals).
Daily Store Operations
  • Assist with opening/closing procedures.
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Restock merchandise, refresh displays, and ensure products are presented beautifully.
Order & Inventory Support
  • Help pack and prepare customer’s purchases. 
  • Support simple inventory tasks such as counting stock, unpacking new items etc.
Studio Support
  • Assist our store lead with preparing flower arrangements, gift wrapping, and general tasks (training provided).
  • Provide support during workshops, events, or busy periods in store.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • You have previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, ideally within lifestyle, interior, fashion, or concept stores.
  • You are organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
  • You have a strong eye for aesthetics and a natural feel for color, styling, and composition.
  • You enjoy creating a high-end customer experience, genuinely love interacting with people and a good team-player.
  • You care deeply about design and appreciate the visual world of Botané.
  • You feel comfortable handling simple sales goals and daily store tasks.
  • You speak Danish and English confidently.
  • You are based in Copenhagen and available to start soon.
